Ordinary Members
Ordinary Members shall consist of persons employed in the state of Terengganu Darul Iman by the companies named in Appendix B.
Any Ordinary Member ceasing to be employed by the companies named in Appendix B shall cease, ipso facto, to be an Ordinary Member, but subject to Rule 11 may apply for Associate Membership.
Any Ordinary Member shall be entitled to attend and vote at the General Meetings of the club.

Associate members
Associate Membership is to be opened to any individual residing in Malaysia. Associate Members shall consist of those persons who shall, subject to the provisions of this Rule, have submitted an application for club membership and received approval as Associate Members by the Executive Committee.
(i) Applicants who are employees of the Government and statutory bodies may opt to pay their entrance fees by equal monthly instalments within a period not exceeding twelve (12) months.
(ii) Applicants who do not belong to the above category are required to pay their entrance fees in accordance with Rule 17 (a).
Subject to these Rules, a person shall be eligible for Associate Membership if he had formerly been an Ordinary Member of the Club. Any Associate Member who had formerly been a Club Ordinary Member ceasing to be employed by PETRONAS or EMEPMI shall cease, ipso facto, to be an Associate Member.
Subject to these rules, a person shall be eligible for Associate Membership (Retiree) if he had formerly been an Ordinary Member of the Club.
Associate Members shall not have the right to hold office in the Club.
Associate Members shall have no voice or vote in the affairs or management of the Club.
The number of Associate Members at any one time shall not exceed fifty (50) but the number may be increased from time to time at the discretion of the Executive Committee.
CORPORATE MEMBERS
Corporate Membership shall consist of locally incorporated or foreign Companies
or Corporations which have a place of business in Malaysia.
Applications for Corporate Membership shall be made to the Executive Committee. The Executive Committee may at its discretion approve or reject the application.
A Corporate Member whose application for membership has been accepted by the Executive Committee shall pay the entrance fee and subscription as stipulated under Rule 17.
Corporate Members shall be entitled to nominate four persons belonging to their organisations for the period of their Corporate Membership.
Upon the acceptance of a Corporate Member, the name or names of the person or persons nominated to enjoy the privileges of membership shall be notified to the Executive Committee by the Company or Corporation.
Corporate Members shall not have the right to hold office in the Club.
Corporate Members shall have no voice or vote in the affairs or management of the Club.
A Corporate Member shall not be permitted to transfer its Membership. If a Corporate Membership ceases for any reason, its nominee or nominees shall ipso facto cease to be allowed to enjoy the amenities and facilities of the Club. Any nominee ceasing to belong to the organisation of the Corporate Member shall ipso facto cease to be allowed to enjoy the amenities and facilities of the Club but the Corporate Member shall be entitled to nominate another to take his place.
term MEMBERS
Term Membership is to be opened to any individual residing in Malaysia. Term Members shall consist of those persons who shall, subject to the provisions of this Rule, have submitted an application for club membership and received approval as Term Members by the Executive Committee.
A Term Member whose application for membership has been accepted by the Executive Committee shall pay the entrance fee and subscription as stipulated under Rule 17.
Term Members shall not have the right to hold office in the Club.
Term Members shall have no voice or vote in the affairs or management of the Club.
The number of Term Members at any one time shall not exceed fifty (50) but the number may be increased from time to time, the discretion of the Executive Committee.
temporary MEMBERS
Temporary Membership is to be opened to any individual employed by any Approved Third Party who is on short term assignment in the state of Terengganu Darul Iman and also persons employed by foreign Companies or Corporation which have a place of business in the above state.
Applications for Temporary Membership is to be made to the Executive Committee. The Executive Committee may at its discretion approve or reject the application.
A Temporary Member whose application has been accepted by the Executive
Committee shall pay the subscription fees as stipulated under Rule 17.
Temporary Members shall not have the right to hold office in the Club.
Temporary Members have no voice or vote in the affairs or management of the Club.
The period for the Temporary Membership shall be not more than six (6) months. After the completion of the said period, the Membership may be continued at the discretion of the Executive Committee or the Member may resign from Membership by giving written notice to that effect to the Manager/Secretary.
special MEMBERS
Special Members shall be limited to only five (5) employees of the Terengganu State Economic Development Corporationa body corporate established under Terengganu State Economic Development Corporatial Enactment No. 3 of 1965 being the registered proprietor of the land on which-the Club stands.
Special Members shall have no voice or vote in the affairs or management of the Club and shall not be required to pay ,any entrance fee or monthly subscription.
Subject to paragraph (a) of this rule, the Executive Committee may from time to time invite such individuals to be Special members of the Club.
